Biography

Andrew Jaffe has developed a national reputation as the "go-to" guy whenever someone has an e-commerce or Internet law question. He currently practices law in Akron, and has been a licensed attorney since 1977.

Since 2003, Mr. Jaffe has been engaged in the full-time practice of law. He limits his practice to e-commerce and Internet law and, using co-counsel when necessary, has defended more than 35 clients from all over the country who have been accused of illegal acts on the Internet. Mr. Jaffe has also worked on the plaintiff's side of the bar, helping dozens of clients from every state who have been harmed on the Internet by finding and pursuing the perpetrators to gain relief for his clients.

Further, Mr. Jaffe has written a multitude of privacy policies and terms of service documents for e-commerce clients, and has represented both buyers and sellers of successful e-commerce websites.
