I contacted Atty Jaffe regarding harassment and defamatory posting on social media and through text messages and emails. After speaking with him the day I left a message with his office, I hired him to send a Cease and Desist letter to this person. The public relations firm I work for hired Mr. Jaffe to write a privacy policy and terms of service for several of our websites. He was very thorough, and took extra time to understand our business and how our websites function.
